Mission: To reform menu choices by restaurants and chefs, while respecting the right for species to co-exist with us on the planet; responsibly managing our food sources and returning the environment to a pristine condition when we use it to feed ourselves.

Goals & Objectives: To educate chefs and restaurants about sustainable and unsustainable menu choices. To educate restaurant patrons on what are sustainable and unsustainable choices when they dine out. To educate restaurant suppliers on sustainable foods. To apply pressure to restaurants and suppliers who do not subscribe to sustainable practices.

Strategies: Create materials to distribute to chefs, restaurants, suppliers and consumers; Create a web & social media network of like minded grass roots activists who are intent on causing sustainable food sources; To connect with the public through TV, Print and Websites to further the mission;
